Uncle Paul (Paul Mondor, a.k.a. "P Mo") was born and raised in the Washington DC suburbs, and he lived and worked in DC until late 2017 when he retired from his government job and moved to Southern California with his wife (Aunt Marion) and dogs (Oscar and Simon). Since retiring, Uncle Paul has had much more time for creating music, after a dry stretch that lasted nearly ten years. This makes him very happy. P Mo does virtually all the writing, performing, recording, and production of UPB's music.
