Biography

Toni Ming Geiger is a collaborative pianist working with singers, instrumentalists, composers, dancers, directors and actors. His interdisciplinary work spans a wide range of concepts and collaborations and engages audiences in new ways. Born in Munich, Germany, he studied Piano and Lied accompaniment in Cologne and at the CNSMD Paris. Toni Ming Geiger was awarded numerous prizes at international competitions. In masterclasses, he has worked with Pierre-Laurent Aimard, Renée Fleming, Thomas Hampson, Hartmut Höll and Susan Manoff. Toni Ming Geiger is a Fellow of the Heidelberg Lied Academy 2018-2021, Carnegie Hall Song Studio 2020 and Britten-Pears Young Artist 2019 and has appeared in prestigious venues such as the Pierre Boulez Hall Berlin, Wigmore Hall London, the Philharmony of Cologne, many European countries and China.
