Mad Cap is a hip hop musician from Bielefeld (Germany). He made his first steps at the mic in 1995 and started to freestyle. Influenced by the „golden era“ of hip hop, he produced his first Song in 1998 and released his Album „Art 4 Real“ in 2001. From then he produced more and more and founded his own record label Art 4 Real. In 2005 he released the next longplayer „Traumland“. After that he collaborated with Albino and founded the hip hop group „Plan 88“ and published the LP „88 is great“ (2008) to set a sign against fascism. At the same time he founded the group Independenzia (Brainstorm, Mad Cap, Smarakt, Triebtat & Tokin One). Independenzia released two long players: „Freie Entfaltung“ in 2007 and „Independenze Day“ in 2008. Additionally Mad Cap released some Free Tracks and EP´s, produced a lot of beats for the rapper Albino and was featured at some other long players as rapper. In 2018 he dropped the LP „Reach Peace“.
