Tuomo Prättälä aka Tuomo is a versatile musician, known as a skilled jazz keyboardist and a soulful singer/songwriter. His solo project Tuomo has moved from retro soul via chamber pop to electronic future funk and contemporary rnb. His debut single Don't Take It Too Hard off the album My Thing made waves and remains a modern classic of Northern Soul. His other singer/songwriter outlets include americana-tinged collabo Tuomo & Markus and its own garage-soul sideproject Pratt & Moody. As a jazz pianist he has performed most notably with Ilmiliekki Quartet, Verneri Pohjola and Linda Fredriksson Juniper. Past groups include Quintessence, Emma Salokoski Ensemble, Q-Continuum, Huba, The Northern Governors and many others.
