Born and raised in Luxemburg but of Portuguese descent, Rafaela Teixeira Fernandes is an un-and-coming artist with great ambitions, just waiting for the right opportunity to show the world what she’s capable of. With a mesmerizing stage presence and a wide vocal range thanks to great experiences as a stage performer and vocalist, she has competed (and won) in both “Luxemburg’s Next Popstar” 2016, as well as “Top Voice Luxemburg” 2018. The ESC has always been a big tradition to watch in her family, and Rafaela’s dream has always been to enter that big stage someday. Now, she’s a finalist in the Luxembourg’s National Final for the ESC with the song “Drop” as a Duo. She will do everything in her power to make that dream of representing Luxemburg in the ESC come true.
