MiSTah Kye, also known as MK or Kye, is a 20 year old musical artist who grew up in North West London attending a school in Wembley. It was reported that Kye was the quiet kid in school, yet he was a huge fan of Rap-rock & Hip-hop. At age 15, he wrote his own lyrics for fun and by 17, music had become his passion. A notable characteristic of MiSTah Kye is his ability to make music using an iPhone (as revealed by his engineer tag, "What? MiSTah Kye mixed this on a phone?"). Initially, he used an iPhone 5 and called his idea "#NoStudio", but after success, he invested in studio equipment and got a better iPhone. This means he now links professional equipment to his iPhone and has created his own studio. Despite his success, he prefers making music this way. Mixing on his iPhone has become his distinct characteristic and as a result, he's intrigued to see what else he can accomplish using his own method. Since releasing an album Recovery, a season Retrogress (Season 1), and over 15 singles all mixed and mastered on an iPhone, MiSTah Kye has accumulated over 50 million streams across all major platforms. As an artist, Kye paints vivid images with his lyrics explaining his life traumas and experiences. However, in some of his lyrics, his alter-ego "MK" takes control and shouts unfiltered rhymes displaying violence. Each time MiSTah Kye releases music, it is a continuation of his previous release. Therefore, his fans (MK Army) are expected to follow along with his storyline.
