Jo Harris is an African-American producer, rapper, singer-songwriter from Greensboro, North. He composes soulful, modern atmospheres accompanied with heavy-floating basslines. His influences shaped his wild taste for music, from the fundamentals of gospel music (Kirk Franklin, John P. Kee, Tye Tribett) to Motown Era (Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson) to modern Hip-hop, Soul & Funk artists such as Bootsy Collins, Marcus Miller, Al Green, Victor Wooten, Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z, Mac Miller and more.
