W1LL, aka William Stevens Hatch V, is a writer and rapper living in Los Gatos, CA. W1LL's deep love of hip hop and his personal experience are what drive his art. He was introduced to Hip-Hopearly in his life, started listening closely in Middle School and was writing rhymes by Freshman year. In August of 2019 his father challenged him to freestyle on camera for the first time. He dropped 3 perfect verses in his face (available on youtube) and built the confidence to start recording demos and pursuing his career in hip hop. Hip hop speaks to W1LL more than any other type of music. Not just because of his own struggles, but because he empathizes with the struggles of others. And of course the bass.
