Bedrock Sway (NOW known as Sway, The Pristine) is a rapper and producer from the West side of Flint, Michigan. The name "Bedrock" comes from one of his favorite cartoons 'The Flintstones', which is what citizens from Flint, MI refer to themselves as. "Sway" comes from his suave and laid back personality, while also referring to his rap style. Growing up in a city like Flint is what inspired Sway to make music. In his songs he incorporates poverty, drugs, money, depression, business moves, parenthood, and life problems all while spitting slick bars. Along with his different topics he has many different styles, and you never know what you’re getting until you push play.
