Lerel, aka “Lerry”, began his career as a recording artist in 2020 during the pandemic. After Covid took away his opportunity to receive a scholarship for his track efforts, he explored hidden talents such as barbering and songwriting. Lerry grew up in a small project of Parkersburg, West Virginia. With musical roots from his grandparents and mother, he developed a love for music at a young age. Once hearing about the passing of Michael Jackson, he widened his influence gaining more genre intake. Stained with 2000’s Country, Pop, Bluegrass, Alternative Rock, and Rap he initiated his career as KYLEREL. A concept he would soon shut down after finding his love for Sound Design. Certified Luhver, Pretty Good Artist, and Luhvsick amplified Lerel’s career by displaying his capability of making music in different genres. He plans to release a consistent strand of Indie Pop going forward. However, still isn’t afraid of exploring his versatility.
