Moddaw stylised as Moddaw Oa Mochini, is a Mosotho rapper, farmer, politician and businessman. Originally from Mokhotlong, this early 90s born muso is currently signed under his own indie record label and distribution company Msejah Media. He is also an awarded song writer for his 2012 song Ke Shapa Ka terata that remains his most popular song upto date, he has released one studio album called "King Solomoni" for which he was nominated Best Hiphop Artist at the UMAs 2017. He is also a founder of Mechini. He was popular in 2017 and 18 for his best selling hit single "This is the Life" that features KD Summerz and was produced by Nejah. His music is recorded uNejah Studios and sold in some parts of Lesotho and internationally on digital music stores.
