Universal Language is an underground powerhouse consisting of 9 indie hip hop artists. windchILL | Proximity | Shawn Keys | Geoff Grey | Dassaro | Small Hands | Buddhakai| 5Ve & DJ Gadjet. Equalling in total, 8 Lyricists, 4 producers, 2 DJ’s, 2 graphic designers and 1 manager. With musicians spanning from multiple states across the country, such as New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, and Colorado. Originating in 2014, Proximity and windchILL had an instant rapport while recording the collaboration track “Rhyme for Reason.” That one single inspired them to unite and expand their talents into something much bigger and diviate outside their networks. With countless hours and determination invested, their manager Phil Sisneros was able to combine these forces into what we call “Universal Language,” This unity project was quickly followed by Scratching the Surface Tour in 2017 that was 14 days with 13 tour stops throughout the West coast Starting in Colorado and throughout California, Las Vegas and Idaho, it established them recognition on a national level. Raising eyebrows of local talent they strategically selected artists they wanted to add to the blueprint. Additions like Dassaro, Buddhakai, 5Ve, DJ Gadjet and Small Hands quickly gave them the direction they envisioned years ago, To continually release polished content that everyone can relate with.
