Private Time Machine: Groovy music based on 70's Rock, Blues, Funk and Jazz. Private Time Machine started of as Eric van der Westen's vehicle for a riff based groovy rock/jazz/funk/blues power trio. It grew to a 12 piece band with horns, poetry and vocals. We blend an exciting mix of 70's rock, funk, blues, jazz and soul. People told us we have elements of Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Sly & The Family, Urban Dance Squad, Charles Mingus Yes, Pink Floyd, etc. But most of all it sound like the music of Eric van der Westen, whose signature is clear on every composition.
