As an artist he believes that through the music he can express his feelings as well as touch on his life experiences to give you soulful, impactful, and hard-hitting raps. Not only is PhilaBoi K a lyricist at heart but a dedicated and talented mix engineer/producer who has mixed and mastered for the likes of That$hyHomie, Just Jabba, D.O.XRSA, Kevi Kev, Lucasraps, King Sweetkid, DJ Switch, Seru The Ellipsis, Ndabezimnandi & Siya Shezi to name a few. He has also dropped a 3 track EP Titled THR3 KOT4 with his fellow partner in crime That$hyHomie as a second offering, after their Southside street anthem Mfo available on all digital. His Journey and Milestone: His first professional interaction with music was job shadowing the late legendary Robbie Malinga & Mjakes Thebe at 17 years old. He's collaborated with the publication Zkhipani.com on the weekly round up, using raps to summerise the weekly trends and news. He's performed at the "Touch My Blood Tour" by AKA in 2018. Participated in the South African Hip Hop Awards Corner-Cypher 2019 Performed at The Sneaker Exchange Joburg 2019 as well as 2020 for the online expeorence.
