Andreaus “Dat Bizness” Haley Dat Bizness. The name speaks for itself. Dat Bizness has expressed an undying passion for his hood where he was raised: the South-Eastside of Chicago, IL., in the Germano Millgate Apartments. Music has always boiled in his blood. He started playing the saxophone at the age of 11 and started blessing the microphone by age 13. Since then, he has polished his rhymes, delivery, razor-sharp punchlines, ultimately transforming him into “Dat Bizness”. In 2007, he hooked up with ILL Gordon, forming the dynamic rap duo known as Substance Muzik. After dropping numerous mixtapes, and killing many stages, Substance quickly gained critical acclaim amongst Hip Hop enthusiasts. They further went on to release their first album in 2013, entitled No Grey Area. By 2014, the dynamic rap duo dropped their second release entitled DOPE. Most recently, Dat Bizness has become a father, and the birth of his son and daughter has sparked a whole new light within the artist. He has since then released his 1st solo project, “Andreaus Haley” in special honor of his new-born son Andreaus Haley Jr. After losing his mom to breast cancer, he went on hiatus. Making an appearance in the spring of 2020 with two back to back EP’s, From Me to You and Real Life Rap, and hit single I Ain’t Going he’s ready to make his comeback using his birth given name, Andreaus Haley, in honor of his mother.
