Niklas Aman is a composer and electronic musician based in Stockholm, Sweden. Having done mostly bespoke work to films and production music in the past, his song Wings got placed in the intro to movie Meet Bill (2007) - which raised a lot of interest and was the main reason to release a first album back in 2008 also named Wings. His music, often a quiet exploration or journey, could be hopeful, melancholic or soothing - an ambient downtempo space for your mind to pause or work to. He started his own publishing and record label Brusbox Music in 2010 and has since then released albums regularly. In 2024 his production company changed name to Dreamvehicle Music and he started a second publishing and record label with the same name. Niklas mainly uses electric guitars together with analogue synths and piano for recording ideas, sounds and building arrangements - often resulting in low key, thoughtful, relaxing, downtempo music. This can be heard on his latest albums Abstract Guitar, Seeking Balance, The Longest Summer and Biotopes. Read more at niklasaman.com/biography.
