Joshua Williams, known professionally as 29BabyJ, is an American artist from Queens, New York. He grew up in Brooklyn and always had a desire to rap, inspired by his older brother (GP). But it wasn’t until 2020, he finally started writing and recording his own music using just his phone and headphones in his closet. On April 19, he released his first song, "Fast". At first, he didn't take it seriously, but after gaining attention with his song "Darkness", On June 3rd , 2022 29 would drop his first project titled “To Planet Purple” when he first track “iNTRO” using the limerence beat by Yves Tumor became popular due to the uplifting words he said in the track he started to see the potential in his music way more. And created his own wave , “The purple world”
