Apopka,Florida based artist Mervici, defies any stereotype of a 6ft African American male. On his debut EP "Hello, My Name Is Mervin" you can hear many stories being told in his own signature style. Originality is definitely the key ingredient in his musical process. 
 Growing up listening to Coldplay, Kid Cudi, Kanye West, The Isley Brothers and other 80's soul artists, influenced his unique sound. You can feel the authentic and sincere emotion being put into songs such as "Hold On" and "Confessions", there is nothing else like it.
