Lua is about creating soundtracks for everyday life, emotional soundscapes for those moments when you’re not really sure where you are, and gentle, soothing melodies for when you need to chill out. No fancy stuff, just a straightforward flow of thoughts translated into ambient tunes that make you feel something and stare into nothing. Lua is Filippo Rieder (Fine Before You Came, VRCVS), Alessandro Zangani (Donascimiento, Renàra), and Pier Giorgio Storti (Morose). We mix it up with electronic and traditional real instruments - modular and non-modular synths, monome ecosystem, cellos, clarinets, guitars, and even some harp, violin, and flute. Plus, there's always a good dose of piano in the mix. we’re all about setting the vibe with those moody, introspective feels. Our goal is to create tunes that match the moment, painting a picture that stirs up some emotions along the way.
