Jonathan Grogan is a singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist residing in the blue ridge mountains of eastern Tennessee, coastal south eastern North Carolina and intermittently wintering in the Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. Jonathan finds his greatest joy and inspiration in the muse of magical places surrounded by conscious friends and family. Like his early troubadour days his style dances between genres leaning into Reggae, Americana, Afro Cuban and Flamenco. It is World music with a rootsy feeling of home. His debut EP entitled Down by the Sea comes out 04-26–24. The first single Uninspired released (10-23-2021) was a tribute to the agony and ecstasy of the creative process. It was recorded and produced with Ed Quidly (of Quidly Amps) utilizing local friends and artists Nick Carrick )stand up bass) and Joel Lamb (keyboard) .
