Biography

Zona 7 Biography The band was founded in October 1998. Their music has managed to captivate their audience through a fusion of different rhythms and songs that offer a message of life, hope and good vibes. They have traveled extensively throughout Europe, Latin America, and the United States (USA). They have also performed concerts in various high schools - public and private events, in clubs / nightclubs, carrying their message and promoting a healthy lifestyle alternative to this generation. The band is made up of 5 members from different parts of Latin-America: Tommy DiCesare from Argentina (Keyboards-Lead Vocal and Raps); Ramón “Moncho” Canizales from El Salvador (Guitar); Paul DiCesare (Drummer); Luís Macías from Mexico (Bass) and Víctor Cárdenas from Mexico (Lead Vocal). Their first album was released in January 1999, titled “How do you see me?” Released by the latin label “Canzion Producciones”. The second Zona 7 album was released in the fall of 2002 In a collaboration with the the Spanish rock band “Commission”, titled “CZ7” under the label of “Vida Music”, this project put before larger crowds in Europe. In 2004 Zona 7 presented a more progressive album titled “Don't Criticize Me”, with a mix of rock ballads and hard rock. This album was released under the bands own label of “Siete Records”. The most current album "Libertad Revolución" was released in 2008 under the music label "Reyvol Records" with a mixture of sounds from reggae, pop and modern rock.
