Pierre Thomas-Fredon is a jazz bassist, composer and arranger who draws on the different musical styles he has encountered along his way. Evolving between jazz, hip-hop and traditional Mediterranean music, he has the will to create bridges between all his influences and the music he plays as an accompanist. Born in 1995 in Tours, in France, he started playing classical piano at the age of 5. Then, about ten years later, he discovered Sixun, a band that made him want to learn electric bass, particularly influenced by Michel Alibo's playing. After his studies, Pierre turned to his first passion, the mixing of music. He accompanied many artists in different styles: oriental music, soul, hip-hop and jazz. It is nourished by all these experiences that he will decide after a little ten years to release his first album, "Lasciate ogni speranza" under his name. An album for which he composed, arranged, recorded and produced, accompanied in turn by musicians he had met along his way. Although accompanying, writing, arranging and directing music and art remain the core of his passion, he continues to write and record his music in parallel.
