José Manuel Borló known as “Mucho Manolo,” born in 1988 in Santiago, Cuba, is known for his strong political beliefs and abundant lyrics, expressed throughout his music. In 2012, he recorded his first music compilation, “Mucha Calidad,” which opened the doors for him to international stages, including countries such as Russia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. Mucho Manolo and some of his most notable productions include: “Asere, Qué Volá?”, “Un Clavo Saca Otro”, “Solo Llama”, “Loco Loco”, “Te Andaba Buscando”, and “Química” with Ana Isabelle. He also collaborated with multiple Puerto Rican artists including Melina León, Jowell & Randy and salsa super star Gilberto Santa Rosa on the hit single “Amigos”, which reached the Top 10 of Billboard’s “Tropical” Airplay chart for multiple consecutive weeks. Mucho Manolo recently released the single “Cartas Sobre La Mesa”. Which narrates the romantic story in a cheerful and colorful music video filmed in San Juan, Puerto Rico. With the on-going success of this new hit, it did not take long for Cuban artist, El Micha to join forces with Mucho Manolo to create an explosive remix version of the single that included a brand-new music video. “Cartas Sobre La Mesa” Remix has surpassed over 4 million views so far on his official YouTube channel, and was on Billboard’s “Tropical” Airplay chart for over 10 consecutive weeks.
