I took piano lessons a kid, then started playing in bands and writing songs in college. After a year as an accountant, I quit to play music full time. I've averaged around 100 tour dates each year since 2005, played on hundreds recordings and produced dozens more - primarily with my band Mutts and as a solo artist, but also with Company of Thieves, Los Colognes, Nathan Graham, Phillip-Michael Scales, and a few others. I've gotten to tour supporting some of my favorite bands, played some really fun festivals, and taken the stage at everything from basement parties to amphitheaters. In 2021 I had a health scare from pericarditis, in 2023 I lost my husband and my forever guy to cancer, and in 2024 the pericarditis came back. All of this has taught me to appreciate each morning, and to make the most of each day we get. I'm grateful to get to make music for a living.
