One of the most beloved alternative bands on the Romanian music scene, Coma was formed at the beginning of the 2000s by six youngsters from Bucharest and their first stage appearance being at Timisoara at StudentFest.
From the beginning the band had been successful with singles like “Nu vreau fetita casa”, “Stai”, “In mine in soapta” or “Coboara-ma-n Rai” and “Canta-mi Povestea”. They continued to release singles like “Un semn” (2011), “Chip” (2014), “Document” (2015), La Hotar” (2016).
The band consists of: Catalin (voice), Dan (voice and rhythm guitar), Matei (lead guitar), DJ Hefe (keys&samples), Sorin (bass) and Razvan (drums).
Members had collaborations with several other bands mentioning Luna Amara, Dagga, H8, Chester, Veritasaga, VUNK, OCS, and DA HOOD, E.M.I.L., Implant pentru Refuz and RAKU.
Coma was noticed throughout their years active and opened concerts for Linkin Park, Korn, Soulfly, Ozzy Osbourne, Deftones, Incubus, Sepultura, Dog Eat Dog or Harmful feat. Billy Gould of Faith No More.
They have had concerts in hundreds of clubs in Romania and have participated at several festivals such as Electric Castle, Peninsula, Street Delivery, Artmania Sibiu, Femei pe Matasari, Coke Live, Shine, BestFest, Bucovina Rock Castle, Stuffstock, Padina Fest.
