Born in Camden New Jersey and raised in Olathe Kansas Antuane D Scott Smith is definitely one of those people you ask why aren’t you famous yet? 20 years in the making and Cottonmouth Scotty is finally making waves in the music community. After releasing his first project Cartel in 2017 under the name Scott Smith Cottonmouth met his first manager Winford Anderson who helped him decide to take his passion and talents from hobby to career and start distributing his music through CDBABY Distribution. Cottonmouth Scotty then spent the next 2 years building his fan base, social media, and SoundCloud presence. In 2019 Scotty attended the 2019 AT&T Revolt Summit where he was recognized, acknowledged, and shouted out for his talents by the one and only Snoop Dogg. Cottonmouth Scotty comes from a musical bloodline thanks to his mother’s incredible vocal ability and range when it comes to singing. An ability that Cottonmouth Scotty picked up young.
