TantRut moved to the tiny Swedish island Brännö after seven wild years in Berlin. There he got inspired on legendary full moon beach raves to pick up DJing. His mixes contain tracks with elements of deep tribal dance music, folkloric sounds and rhythms in a modern electronic house or techno version. He sparkles with energy and ideas to co-create events and is a regular DJ at burning man related festivals around the globe. After AfrikaBurn festival he decided to donate all revenues in 2018 to the Bridges for Music charity that supports less fortunate artists from townships in Cape Town. He released his first track The Encounter in the summer of 2019.
