Sergio Vallín is a Mexican musician, composer, and producer known for more than 26 years for being the guitarist of the Mexican group Maná. Microsinfonias is Sergio’s first solo instrumental album and he defines it as: “The magical universe of possibilities contained in a work of art, in this case, music”. That is why the intention of this album is to share his music with the music of his friends, composers, and interpreters that he has admired throughout his life. Half of the album is inspired by works of the invited artists and the other half are works of his own authorship. His electric and acoustic guitars are the backbone of this album, wrapped in orchestral arrangements performed by the Prague Symphony Orchestra and embellished with guitars and other instruments performed by his special guests.
