Well-known L.A. based Drummer Extraordinaire/Writer/Producer Aaron Ballesteros, "Drummer to the Stars" as DJ Angel Baby says, has played and recorded with several illustrious bands and artists during his long career including: Tierra, El Chicano, Thee Midniters, Los Lobos, The Mamas & The Papas, Michael Jackson, Prince, James Brown, Cesar Rosas, Tito Puente, Poncho Sanchez, and Hubert Laws, to name a few. In 1975, he Wrote/Arranged/Produced the wonderful song "Knowing You, Loving You" on Tierra's Stranded album. And from 1982-1984 with El Chicano as Drummer/Head Songwriter/Producer and a record deal at Columbia Records, he Wrote/Arranged/Produced many memorable songs including: "Do You Want Me", "I'm In Love With..." and "Let Me Dance With You". He's famous for his spectacular drum solos, amazing Writing/Arranging/Producing, and his infectious smile and passion for drumming. APB Squared was released worldwide on July 24, 2020. The album was Executive Produced by his son, Adam Ballesteros, and inspired by several bands including: Journey, Chicago, and Led Zeppelin (check out the title track "APB").
