Arriving on the scene in 1997 with 'Slam Dunk Da Funk', Five quickly became one of the UK's bestselling and most popular Bands. J Brown, Sean Conlon, Abz Love, Ritchie Neville and Scott Robinson were formed in the summer of '97 by the same management team behind the Spice Girls. After the release of their debut single, the group got to work on their first album working alongside some of the world’s best producers. The result being 1998's '5ive' - Hitting number one spot in the UK and went on to spawn six singles also Breaking in to the American Hot 100, landing inside the top 30. The group finished that year with winning and performing at the MTV Music's Award. By the end of 2000, the group had picked up a Brit, MTV award and a staggering six Smash Hits Poll Winners Party Awards. 2001 heralded the beginning of Five as a global phenomenon - the group played to 500,000 people at Brazil's 'Rock in Rio' festival. Then came their third album, which gave the group their third number one before going on a ‘hiatus’. In 2013 that the group made returned to screens and stages across the UK with ‘The Big Reunion’ which led to the former ‘bad boys of pop’ taking to the stage for their own ‘Loud and Intimate Tour’. In 2020 Five were halfway through the boys are back tour but had to put it on ice due to lockdown. The group are focused on getting back on the road in 2021 Five have sold a staggering 20 million records to this date. And there's more to come so watch this space
