The Berlin-based artist with a South-East Asian and Slavic-Jewish background has recently gained significant attention and popularity with the release of his 6-track EP titled »Scacotteter EP.« Prior to this, he released his vinyl debut »Stein Ego EP« on De Sluwe Vos' Patron Records and the Gabber-infused trap tune »Memory Is Inherent In Nature« via DJ Spit's Rascals. Moreover, he has contributed to TILT's first Various Artist compilation »TILT VA 01« in December 2022. However, his latest releases, particularly »Gunung Padang« from his »Scacotteter EP, along with the single »Don't Stop - Gimme More«, have recently propelled him to the forefront of the scene, captivating the attention of leading artists and dominating dance floors worldwide. Additionally, ENNIO just contributed his track »Blok M - Original Mix«, to the »SAL_01 Lunar New Year Compilation«, curated by A7A Records, highlighting artists from various Asian diasporas. Beyond his music, ENNIO is an integral part of TILT and the popular queer event series Kinky Sundays, holding residencies at Berlin's RSO, Watergate, and Hamburg’s renowned PAL. In his DJ sets, ENNIO blends genres in playful and unique ways, creating unexpected shifts in mood and intensity, renown to enter into an almost symbiotic relationship with his audience — while maintaining a delicate balance between boundary-pushing and fun(ctional) club music.
