Biography

Simon Goff is a British composer, producer and violinist based in Berlin, DE.  His debut solo album 'Vale' released in 2021 is a fusion of his classical background with fearless electronic experimentation, layered with grounded melodies, and described by The Quietus as, "a statement of both awe and intent... it's remarkable that the album marks his debut outing on his own terms".   This October sees the release of his sophomore album, 'Spark Like Living Mothers', a six-track collection of immersive, textural and intuitive electronica, the album is testament to Goff's multifaceted practice. Simon is also known for scoring the BBC drama series The Gold, as well as the forthcoming Czech feature, We Have Never Been Modern. He has also worked with some of the world's most acclaimed musicians as a collaborator and a sound engineer including Academy Award-winning composer Hildur Gudnadottir on Joker and Chernobyl - both of which earned him Grammy Awards, as well as Jóhann Jóhansson and Apparat.
