Biography

Joe Ariwa (Joseph Fraser) is a dub producer from London born in the mid 80’s!! He is the eldest son of the legendary Reggae pioneer Mad Professor of Ariwa Studios, hence the name Joe Ariwa. After producing numerous dub projects Joe Ariwa tried his hand at producing singers Michael Prophet (Jah Is My Light & War In The City), Earl 16 (Man Next Door), Italian native Miss Fritty (Pastafari Dub) & Brother Culture (The Secret Files). 
 In 2016 Joe produced -Be Conscious & Wise feat General Levy . They toured this album extensively throughout France, Europe, The UK, Brazil & The Gambia. 
 Joe Ariwa produced Randy Valentines “Still Pushing” album in 2015 with singles “Wake the town & Mama Said”. 
 
 2019 Releases Reggae Roasts “Adam Prescott meets Joe Ariwa”, “Most high (Clean Heart) – General Levy single “Chukki Starr – Can’t Get Me Out” single “Sherii Ven Dyer” - Better Dayz single “Redhed Qi & Stushie – Don’t You Know” single 
 2020 Started on a high bringing in the New Year touring in Brazil with Mad Professor & Karmelody. In March 2020, Joe was touring Colombia with Levy when news broke that Spanish borders were closing within 24 hours due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Whilst locked down in London throughout the remainder of 2020 Joe produced ‘Sons of Dub’ with Ashanti Selah & ‘The Next Generation of Dub’ -Joe Ariwa
