Banco del Mutuo Soccorso was an Italian prog rock band that mixed opera and rock. Popular in the 1970s, they released 14 albums up until 1997. Their lead singer, Francesco di Giacomo, died in a car accident in 2014. ~ William Ruhlmann, Rovi
