After being born and raised in Miami, oddEmmitt decided to take his artistic journey to another level and that meant moving to NYC. However, he enjoys living a nomadic lifestyle so catch him while you can. 
 Emmitt Lara began his path to stardom as a model and continues to achieve his goals while working with others. Having appeared in Vogue, the Nike SNKRS app and on runways during New York Fashion Week, he continues to do it all. You can hear and see his unique style in both his music and his fashion, often both going hand in hand. 
 Lara’s music encapsulates his chaotic yet still grounded lifestyle with abrasive and bass laced beats from his tight core of producers, and his personalized lyric delivery. The thematic nature of his music tackles the highs and lows of living the “city life” in our modern era. oddEmmitt’s music is just that: odd. The clash of Southern hip-hop and New York hustle is evident within his influences that include: Travis Scott, Three 6 Mafia, Kanye West, Tyler The Creator, ASAP Rocky, etc. However, he always seems to make the music his own. Part of how he does this is through his ear for dark and eccentric beats. Working with producers like Mykey Lo, Yucky Poor, and Spit Tha Goldyn Child, his willingness to experiment is evident. 
 With now being based in New York, Lara released his debut album “EmmaculatE” on June 4th, 2021. Tune in.
