Abhinav Borah is a progressive rock/metal musician from Guwahati, Assam, India. His style revolves around the use of orchestral settings paired with heavy metal while also using some experimental elements. His influences include TOOL, Dream Theater, Animals As Leaders, Guthrie Govan, Mestís, Steve Vai and Joe Satriani. Formally trained in both Hindustani Classical and Western Music, his repertoire includes various gigs as a freelance session guitarist for multiple projects and also as a live musician, sound engineer and music director for various theatrical plays.
