Duvaughn Delroy Campbell, aka lorde von, was born in Kingston, Jamaica on June 27 1999, the son of Delroy Campbell, and Grace Campbell. As a young child, Lorde von appeared on several local radio stations spreading God's word and his upbringing in a Christian family. All of that changed in 2006, when Lorde von was sent to Toronto, Canada to live with his now deceased Grandmother who gave him the freedom to be more out there. During this time, Lorde von became a rock fan, and was more drawn to the likes of: Korn, Jay Gordon and Marlyn Manson. After his grandmother passed away, Lorde von found himself moving from family member to family member until he finally moved in with his mother in the Brooklyn, New York, where his true passion for music grew. Once Lorde von listened to music released by Lil Wayne, Lorde von became a hip hop enthusiast to say the least. In 2019, Lorde von launched his own music career, releasing his first project, “Don’t Trip”, which premiered on all major streaming services. Since then, Lorde von has released singles like “Do It For Me” with rapper and close friend Zae lay low, and “Tell Me Why” with very positive reviews. Lorde von is now working on releasing new singles and an EP in the near future. He has established himself as a multi-talented young Artist , and the entertainment industry has great expectations for him.
