Not afraid of marrying sweet, hooky vocals & electronic loops with the force of heavy guitars and powerful drums, 27 has managed to meld their wide range of influences into a style of their own. This Boston band has five albums, eight 7"s & three EPs, with labels in the US, UK, Austria, Japan, Spain & Belgium. 27 has landed several placements in popular TV shows including Apple TV's "The Morning Show", Showtime’s “Shameless”, MTV’s “Awkward”, SyFy’s “The Magicians”, & ABC Family’s “The Lying Game”. 27 has toured numerous times, throughout Europe, UK, Japan, Canada, & across the US. The band is Ayal Naor (bass, sampler), Christopher sisters Terri (drums) & Maria (vocals, guitar), & Adam McGrath (guitar). Adam can also be found recording & touring with his seminal rock band Cave In, fronting his high voltage Nomad Stones, or recording with Wear Your Wounds with the esteemed Jacob Bannon of Converge. Terri was a member of metal band Phantom Glue, & has recorded with Dusty Skull as well as Vardlokk featuring Grutle Kjellson of Norway's famed Enslaved. Maria & Ayal have contributed to works by other artists, most notably to Isis’s critically acclaimed “Oceanic”. 27 has shared the stage with a variety of notable bands such as Portugal. The Man, Explosions in the Sky, Minus the Bear, Earth, Isis, & Mastodon. 27's new record "A Billion Searchlight", out 30 July 2021, features playful collaborations with Alex Rose of Minus the Bear as well as stunning artwork from MTB's Cory Murchy.
