I was born Ornette Ward, my birthplace was Chattanooga, Tn in 1970 at Erlanger hospital 1:32 am Ofcourse my namesake was the other worldly free jazz man Ornette Coleman. Mom's moved us to the Inner city of Los Angeles known as the Jungles / Baldwin hills were I met a few like minded monsters and we formed a group called Freestyle Fellowship. We gathered at a place called The Good life Cafe where rap was manufactured. Later Project Blowed was the new stage. I performed and help elevate Progressive underground independent Hip Hop and continue to do so. I started a new group with producer Kenny Segal called The Kleenrz. I also go by the name Burgundy Fats when there's live instrumentation and the mood hits me just right.
