LARK is an LA based band of four musicians (Aaron Mastin - Vocals/Keyboards, Jake Forsten - Guitars, Josh Howard - Bass, Garrit Tillman - Drums) who met 2,000 miles cross country in Knoxville, Tennessee. LARK shares backgrounds in R&B and Jazz, but is heavily influenced by genre bending artists such as Hiatus Kaiyote, Anderson .Paak, Gungor and D’Angelo that helped define their high energy Alternative and R&B sound. In 2018, LARK set the bar high by releasing their debut album The Glow boasting standout tracks such as Dynamite, Lifeless Sacrifice and title track The Glow. In 2020, LARK is set to release a collection of EP’s as well as a non-feature film.
