Though he started with rap, Double-F The King is currently focusing on creating art in different music genres: Hip-hop, R&B, afrobeat, pop, amapiano, and so on. When he's not making music, he is reading, reviewing books, salsa-dancing, playing basketball, and doing other fun stuff. Growing up in Nigeria, Double-F the King was introduced to Western music—especially American Hip-hop and R&B—by his older siblings and started writing similar songs by 11. Almost two decades later, he is fulfilling his dreams of being an international artiste. Though he wasn't much interested in stardom, he now enjoys the art of getting his music to more listeners on the major social media platforms out there. Double-F the King is more than joyous about the messages he receives from appreciative fans and the selective listeners who go beyond mainstream media to listen to his music. After dropping multiple singles and EPs, he promises to keep his passion for music alive and keep dropping diverse music projects, including albums.
