With multiple awards and chart-topping hits around the world, Jennifer Warnes is one of the beloved vocalists of our time and has created a body of work that will surely endure. The American singer, songwriter, producer and arranger has forged a five-decade career that has seen her seamlessly traverse genres with ease and grace. As well as her own major hits, she's a much in-demand vocal collaborator, having worked with many iconic artists, such as Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Warren Zevon, Randy Newman, Van Dyke Parks, Jimmy Webb, Jackson Browne and John Prine. The 1970s saw a breakthrough tour with Leonard Cohen, featured in the acclaimed documentary Bird On A Wire and hits like "Right Time Of The Night" and "I Know A Heartache When I See One." Warnes’ three Oscar wins for movie theme songs – "It Goes Like It Goes" from Norma Rae, "Up Where We Belong" with Joe Cocker from An Officer and a Gentleman, and the 1987 duet with Bill Medley "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life" from Dirty Dancing – see her just behind Bing Crosby’s all-time record of four. Her landmark 1986 album of Leonard Cohen songs, Famous Blue Raincoat, was a surprise smash, introducing the hits "Ain't No Cure For Love" and "First We Take Manhattan." Further acclaimed collaborations over the years led to her most recent album Another Time, Another Place in 2018, working with writers like Eddie Vedder and John Legend.
