Geraldine Carrica AKA Gery (AR) was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, On October 4th, 1985. She has been involved with art from a very young age, first as a dancing and music student at only age 8. Until her 30’s, she worked in the cultural industry in the production and staging field, initially in the dancing and theatrical scene to later translate her work in the electronic music scene in shows such as 2GTHR and ZEF Club (Buenos Aires). After this first encounter with the scene, and applying enthusiasm and dedication, Gery found herself debuting as a musical artist, initially across diverse clubs in Buenos Aires to then expand to the rest of the country. She has been always characterized by her empathy and connection with the audience, adapting her genre versatility to her dancefloor reading abilities, which took her to be one the resident artist of 2GTHR (Buenos Aires) and to play in clubs such as MUTE (Mar del Plata) ZEF (Buenos Aires) Lou Lou Records Showcase (Buenos Aires), CLUB ROOM, Club Otro Mundo y Onaciu (Chile Tour), Seven (Uruguay), among others, while sharing the DJ booth with internationally well-known artists. As a producer, Gery started to experiment with different genres and, after a few releases, she made her way to featuring in the first Summer Sampler, by Bunny Tiger Dubs, among artists like Betoko, Sharam Jey, Touchtalk, Andruss, Sezer Uysal and others. Nowadays, she identifies as an artist that moves around progressive and melodic sounds.
