With her husband, Dean Wareham, she is a member of the band LUNA (bass guitar) and one half of the duo DEAN & BRITTA. The couple composed film scores for “THE SQUID & THE WHALE” and “MISTRESS AMERICA” (Noah Baumbach & Greta Gerwig) and were commissioned by the Warhol Museum to score short films shot by Andy Warhol in the 1960s as a multimedia live show as well as an album, 13 MOST BEAUTIFUL: SONGS FOR ANDY WARHOL’S SCREEN TESTS.
