Music is what drives the motor city and Trav Marquee represents a different side of the Detroit hip-hop scene. Born in Southwest Detroit, Trav is the the son of a former hip-hop artist and blue collar mother. Growing up in Ecorse Michigan, a small city, Trav knew his dreams had to be bigger than what he could see. Recording his 1st song at the age of 5, music was destiny. Having a mix of blue collar & musicianship, Trav speaks to everyone from the college student to the 9-5 blue collar employee. A college dropout, Trav decided to take music more seriously in 2013, while in Denver Colorado. While his family was against his decision to leave the seemingly stable potential of corporate America, Trav knew his aspirations couldn't be confined to a 9-5 forever. In 2018, Trav released his sophomore album "Doubts, Enemies & Dreams". With only one feature (Asianae') on his sophomore album, Trav showed his versatility as songwriter. Overcoming his own set-backs, Trav showed his true Detroit muscle.
